Whitehorse is Eminence Grey’s patent-pending command and control plane (C2). The proprietary tool provides unified orchestration across six integrated fabric layers – compute, core network, public edge, private edge, quantum security, and asset intelligence – all reinforcing each other by design. Three of these capabilities are industry firsts.
Whitehorse also provides the industry’s first autonomous, ephemeral networking capability and auditable, customer-verifiable isolation.

Whitehorse distributes control functions across agents responsible for different infrastructure layers. Each follows a monitor, analyze, act, verify, and coordinate cycle. The design connects resource decisions and policy with an inspectable operating record.

Observe infrastructure and workload state across the layers each agent is responsible for.
Analyze
Evaluate that state against workload policy and the defined operating scope.
Act
Apply approved changes to resources, paths, or policy within that scope.
Verify
Confirm the result and add it to the inspectable operating record.

Share state across agents so decisions stay consistent across the stack.
