01 Enterprise AI Challenges

Most Enterprises Are Not Impacting P&L with AI Programs.

According to a 2026 Digital Applied survey, only 14% of enterprises with AI pilots successfully moved them to production. An MIT study found 95% of GenAI programs resulted in little-to-no impact on P&L.

The reason is clear. They do not fully trust AI with critical workloads, sensitive data and revenue-impacting capabilities. Until this trust is achieved, return on AI investment will continue to be limited.

Let’s look at the most common enterprise AI challenges and how Eminence Grey helps organizations like yours overcome them.

Challenge

Solution

PrivacyZero tolerance for data leaks

Isolated enterprise workloads and data that never touches the public internet

GovernanceCan’t verify isolation, residency

Whitehorse enables customer-verifiable isolation/residency in real-time

ScarcityCan’t get to market due to supply limited availability of resources, lead times

Just-in-time inventory plus reduced lead times via strategic partner supply chains

ComplexityCan’t align all internal stakeholders across the full AI requirement

Streamlined procurement: one contract for every infrastructure component

ComplianceExisting vendors are not configured for critical use case, violation

Sovereign/Verifiable isolation across the full data lifecycle, auditable, custom compliance solution available upon request

CAPEX riskAI investments under CAPEX microscope preventing advancement

OPEX model, reserve infrastructure system with a single contract, monthly payment across desired term.

Risk of failureCritical nature of workload means zero tolerance for downtime, performance degradation

Built for resilience with resilient and redundant AI nodes, private backbone network reducing congestion, distributed infrastructure for high availability, new/dedicated GPU clusters

02 Industries

Purpose-Built to Address Regulated, Intense Requirements

Our founders include high-ranking former military leaders who designed Eminence Sovereign infrastructure systems to meet defense-level requirements. Our local, private, secure and high-performance environments are ideal for the regulated enterprise as well as innovators with high-value intellectual property. With infrastructure you can trust, your organization can move past the pilot, commanding your respective markets with production AI excellence.

Financial Services & Banking

Keep confidential reasoning and inference within a defined operating boundary. Align access, residency, and evidence with security, risk, and compliance review.

Healthcare

Evaluate AI involving sensitive clinical and operational information against access, handling, and contractual requirements. Define the responsibilities around the deployment.

Life Sciences

Protect proprietary research, training data, and model assets. Match private AI capacity to the work and its exposure.

AI Services

Build your AI service above a defined infrastructure layer. LLM providers and peer AI infrastructure businesses can evaluate wholesale capacity without replacing their customer-facing platform.

Aerospace, Space & Dual-Use

Protect commercial engineering, simulation, and research IP. Separate private-sector requirements from government mission and contracting scope.

Energy & Critical Infrastructure

Evaluate sensitive engineering and operational workloads against access, continuity, and control requirements. Match infrastructure to the operating environment.

Private Higher Education & Research

Start with the research group, lab, or division. Evaluate private training, research IP, and compute needs within the institution’s requirements.

Telecommunications

Plan AI capacity alongside private connectivity, workload placement, and operating responsibilities. Define the integration boundary before deployment.

GSI / Resellers

Combine your applications, customer relationships, and delivery expertise with a defined infrastructure scope. Discuss interfaces and responsibilities through the coalition.

03 Offering

Defense-Grade, Sovereign AI Infrastructure Systems

Eminence Grey provides defense-grade, sovereign AI infrastructure systems that regulated enterprises and innovators trust with critical workloads, valuable resources and sensitive data.

Eminence Sovereign

Our core offering, Eminence Sovereign is a turnkey, managed infrastructure system that combines AI nodes, dedicated GPU clusters, private network, Whitehorse command and control plane, Outrider secure-access appliances, and post-quantum security on a single contract. Customers reserve each system for a flat, monthly rate over a defined period. Enterprises can deploy at a single AI node or across multiple locations creating a nationwide, distributed, sovereign AI infrastructure fabric. Hardware scale can range from a single cluster to dedicated AI nodes of capacity.

Whitehorse

Whitehorse is Eminence Grey’s proprietary, patent-pending command and control plane (C2). Unlimited licensing of the innovative tool is included in every customer sovereign AI infrastructure system. Whitehorse provides the industry’s first “ephemeral networking” capability where one-time-use workload network paths are automatically spun up at runtime and removed upon completion reducing overall attack surface. Customers also benefit from the ability to verify workload isolation in real time for auditing purposes. Whitehorse is the orchestration engine that powers sovereign infrastructure distribution across the secure, nationwide network of Eminence Grey AI nodes.

Outrider

Outriders are proprietary Eminence Grey appliances that offer secure access to approved customer personnel at the edge. The customer-dedicated endpoints integrate with each infrastructure system via NVIDIA BlueField DPU or similar connection. Outriders are not connected to the public internet and ensure no unauthorized access to customer environments.

Compliance Program

The Eminence Grey compliance program features foundational controls and audits with the ability to add custom compliance upon request. This includes regulations such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS and others. Building to the level of cleared environments, Eminence Grey designs and controls will exceed those required by commercial entities. Whitehorse is designed to provide signed workload records for customer security and audit review. Additionally, the Eminence Grey team is available to assist with customer audits and data preparation should the need arise.

04 Validation

Lumen Chose Eminence Grey as National Sovereign AI Infrastructure Partner
